CAAPS is a safe and easy to use multipurpose cleaner for use on any soils but especially effective on soils and stains that contain petroleum hydrocarbons (oil, grease, gasoline, etc.)
Simply mix the CAAPS powder with water and use it in a trigger spray bottle or a mop and bucket, a pressure washer, automatic scrubber, or applied directly in its powder form on any surface where extreme sludge buildup is present. Scrubbing with a hand brush or wiping with a rag is also a very popular way of cleaning with CAAPS.
What are the recommended dilutions using CAAPS?
CAAPS is manufactured as a powder packaged in a 14 lb. plastic pail with a carrying handle. In every 14 lb. pail of CAAPS there is a one ounce scoop to be used to calculate proper dilutions.
General purpose cleaning: 32:1 (32 oz. of water and 1 ounce or 1 scoop of CAAPS).
Metal, stainless steel, painted areas, floors, window frames, counters, shelving, tools.
- 32 oz. trigger spray bottle and 1 scoop
- 1 gallon of water and 4 scoops or ½ measuring cup
- 5 gallons of water and 20 scoops or 1½ measuring cup
Commercial cleaning: 32:2 (32 oz. of water and 2 ounces or 2 scoops of CAAPS).
Concrete, linoleum floors, walls, trash cans, bathrooms, sinks, gas pumps, gas hoses, rims, wheels, automobiles, trucks, carpet.
- 32 oz. trigger spray bottle and 2 scoops
- 1 gallon of water and 8 scoops or 1 measuring cup
- 5 gallons of water and 32 scoops or 4 measuring cups
Heavy duty commercial cleaning: 32:4 (32 oz. of water and 4 ounces or 4 scoops of CAAPS).
Very heavy oil, grease, food grease buildup, heavy sludge buildup on engines, truck/car detailing, concrete, asphalt, tile grouted floors,
- 32 oz. trigger spray bottle and 4 scoops or ½ measuring cup
- 1 gallon of water and 16 scoops or 2 measuring cups
- 5 gallons of water and 64 scoops or 8 measuring cups
