I want to go 'Green', but what is my first step?  Can going 'Green' be affordable?
 
Your first step is to come to GMI, and contrary to the industry, yes, Green is affordable.  Engineers and Architects want you to believe that going Green means ripping out all interior surfaces, throwing out your chiller and cooling tower, and re-skinning your entire building.  False.  That is the methodology given in their textbooks and maybe that is why new construction is always over budget.
